«Ozon Bank» has started issuing debit cards to foreign nationals

Foreign nationals from more than 90 countries can now open a debit card with Ozon Bank. This option is available to citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, the UAE, Serbia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and others. To open a card, a passport and documents confirming the right to reside in Russia are required. Card issuance and maintenance are free of charge. In the future, the financial institution plans to expand the number of countries whose citizens can open a card, as well as the range of financial services available to foreign nationals. In September, Maksim Dareshin, head of Ozon Bank’s ATM network, announced plans to increase the ATM network to 1,000 devices by mid-2026. In July, Ozon Bank announced the installation of 12 of its own ATMs in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg. A company representative stated that by the end of 2025, the network will grow to 350 devices. ATMs will also be installed in other Russian cities and will be located at Ozon pick-up points as well as third-party locations.
